Our Michael Sgro Leadership Coaching community program, OUT Syracuse, elevates Syracuse #lgbtq people, activities and businesses to create visibility and economic empowerment. Each year, we will highlight the achievement of community members who embrace the spirit of the OUT Syracuse goals and highlight them during pride season.
