The Confidence Clinic is a high-impact leadership development program designed to help professionals, entrepreneurs, and emerging leaders eliminate self-doubt, strengthen executive presence, and lead with clarity and conviction.

Led by Michael Sgro, CPBC, PMP, this transformational experience combines practical leadership tools, mindset conditioning, and real-world application to help participants step fully into their authority — without arrogance, hesitation, or imposter syndrome.

Program cost: $475. for each participant includes: program training, materials and refreshments.

The formal program is three 1.5 hour training sessions from April to June with limit of six professionals working together as a team of mentors to support each other with custom leadership diagnostics for each participant.
