Emotional intelligence is the capacity of individuals to recognize their own emotions and those of others, discern between different feelings and label them appropriately. Using this emotional information to guide thinking and behavior, and manage and/or adjust emotions to adapt to environments or achieve one's goal(s).  We are hosting an exclusive emotional intelligence training workshop for professionals who want to take their success to the next level. 

Too many professionals either over identify emotionally with their constituents/teams or struggle with emotional self-regulation and burn out. We will provide each participant with their custom road-map to develop habits that are sustainable for their future success.   which covers the assessment/e-book, custom strategy road-map, 4-hours of training and 1-hour individual coaching session follow-up.Tickets are limited and are $250.
