"Emotional vampires are people who — sometimes intentionally — drain your emotional energy. They feed on your willingness to listen and care for them, leaving you exhausted and overwhelmed. Emotional vampires can be anywhere and anyone." 

Coach Sgro will unpack what we need to look for at work to set up clear expecations for emotional vampires and also address the issues linked to the behavior. We welcome all professionals to attend this free workshop, including those who think they may be an emotional vampire. Our goal is root out the behavior in the workplace and create more effective communication practices.
