The Group Supervisor Training Module launches this summer — an intensive 8-hour online leadership development series designed for current and emerging supervisors who want to lead with greater confidence, emotional intelligence, and effectiveness.

This interactive training experience includes:

✔️ Extended DISC Leadership Assessment

✔️ Certificate of Completion

✔️ Practical leadership tools supervisors can apply immediately in the workplace

Participants will take the Extended DISC Assessment to gain deeper insight into their communication style, leadership tendencies, workplace behaviors, and relationship management strategies. This powerful assessment helps supervisors better understand themselves and others so they can lead teams more effectively, reduce conflict, and improve workplace culture.

💲 Investment: $497 per participant and sessions are on 7/10, 7/31, 8/28 and 9/18 from 10AM - 12PM EST. Participants also schedule a one-on-one time for a custom plan with Coach Sgro.

Employers may enroll up to four supervisors per organization for this training series. All are welcome.
