Retention is a huge priority for business. Research shows that there are more and more single people in the workforce than ever before. The old assumed (or unconcious) standard of "doing more" because you dont't have family committments is over. Today's single folks have to take care of their own households and their wellness is a bigger priority. We will talk about some new strategies to consider in retaining single people.
