The team at the YMCA of Central New York is invited to join Coach Sgro for discussion on how to handle conflict in the workplace. In our first superpower session, we will unpack how to navigate conflict in the workplace. When a bunch of experts work together, there is inevitably going to be times where we need to problem solve a path forward. We will take a look how to take care of our selves while influencing new outcomes in our productivity at work.
