The team at the YMCA of Central New York is invited to join Coach Sgro for discussion on how to harness the power of Empathy.

In our third superpower session, we will learn how to improve our empathy skills in the workplace. Coach Sgro says, "Empathy is a natural human remedy to conflict." He will share key strategies to be more empathetic to help overall communications and relationships in the workplace.
