Men's Wellness ERG

Our ERG program collects professionals from local companies and organizations who do not have an existing ERG. Starting in March, our first Men's Wellness team takes flight!

Our Syracuse ERG programs will support and empower creative approaches to leadership and problem solving using Coach Sgro's unique empathic leadership model. Our professional team will meet monthly for two-hours as a group in mastermind fashion and understand the unique demands of our businesses and community. In addition, each member will have two formals sessions with Coach Sgro to ensure that their needs are met with a custom performance plan.

We will have 6-8 members per cohort of the ERG and will only be one-payment of $497.  with commitment of the program for 12-months. Are you ready to connect, learn and grow?
