Millennial Leadership ERG

Where are our millennial leaders at? Our new ERG will support professional growth of the emerging leaders of Syracuse and unlock all their human magic! New group launches in July 2023.

The Millennial Leadership ERG will support and empower creative approaches to leadership and problem solving using Coach Sgro's unique empathic leadership model. Our pro team will meet monthly for two-hours as a group in mastermind fashion and understand the unique demands of our businesses and community. In addition, each member will have a one-hour online session with Coach Sgro to ensure that their needs are met in this program.

In between group sessions, mentors will meet with each other to create more accountability and encouragement of the learning, alongside working with the me in success coaching sessions.

This is an experiential learning program. It's not just class but implementing what you are learning in the learning lab of our ERG.
