• Michael is a leadership coach and small business owner in Downtown Syracuse.

• He has a degree in psychology from Le Moyne College, his certificate in project management from the American Management Association, is a certified coach/member of the Professional Business Coaches Alliance of North America and member of CenterState CEO.

• Michael had longtime career as a senior administrator in Higher Education including developing leadership training with NYU business graduate students.

• He has facilitated hundreds of workshops on leadership for diverse audiences for over 20 years.
