The Michael Sgro Leadership Coaching business plan is to have a residency in an existing organization or company, where there is a mutually beneficial leasing arrangement for space and a contract for coaching services. This has been our model for eight years in business in Downtown Syracuse and we welcome inquiries and conversation those business who want a live in coach and provide a home base to Coach Sgro's work.
