Nominate your CEO for the Empathy Challenge! Which CEO in Central New York has the highest empathy? Let's find out! The top five nominated CEO's will work with Coach Sgro confidentially to discover their empathy score. Deadline to nominate is October 15.

• All nominated CEO's have consented to their nomination before submission,
• The most nominated CEO's are willing to donate $500. to charity,
• Only the top scoring CEO will be announced as the leader with the most empathy and decide which charity all the CEO's donate to before Thanksgiving.
• CEO's that have previously worked with Coach Sgro are not eligible to be nominated and compete.
• The actual scores and data will not be shared with the public, just with the CEO working with Coach Sgro.
