Our mission is to coach extraordinary leaders and to develop empathy as core competency. We work with business owners, nonprofit organizations, professionals, universities and community members who are facing challenges in their personal and professional effectiveness or want to reach their full capacity as a leader.
We bring professionals together for ongoing opportunities to network, build relationships and develop skills. Our most popular activities are based on our unique "Seven Strangers" programming model. We also partner with existing organizations and companies that have similar values in community events, activities and programs.

Since the Covid-19 pandemic began, we have been offering monthly (free) training on Emotional Intelligence for professionals around the country. We are committed to keeping this four-part series free, open to the public and online to make it accessible to the larger community. Our goal is educate professionals on the value of EI.
