the newest program to help GenZ Professional Adulting, called "13th Grade" for local 18-21 year olds not pursuing college and seeking essential skill development,
Created a new model of mentorship that creates equity in the relationship,
Co-hosted the first ever Empathy Conference in Central New York,
Teach EQ at the local Police Academy where new officers improve by at least 10 points,
We participated in the "Put the U back in Syrac_se" campaign during the reopening phase after Covid and during that time advocated for consistent practices in zones of operation,
Trained over 1250 individuals in emotional intelligence for free, during the pandemic from across the country.
