Attendees will learn about some of the main human cognitive biases and strategies for success. Coach Sgro will provide insight and understanding on the most common cognitive biases. The goal will be to practice adaptive behavior, radical acceptance and trying to create a positive new habits in connecting with other humans.
This is a skill building discussion, not a clinic for those who have experienced trauma. Seek medical assistance from a licensed clinician.
