This is a discussion about how to increase your emotional intelligence through understanding the factors that help you with you emotional plumbing. Feelings are data and there are best practices in how to self-assess, regulate and thinking positively about your outcomes. All welcome to join who are 18+ years of age.
This is not a clinical discussion for healing, this is a skill building exercise to unlock human potential.
