Who supports the boss? Our ERG will support the Executive Women in Syracuse and unlock all their human magic! Next group launches in July 2023.

The Syracuse Executive Women ERG will support and empower creative approaches to leadership and problem solving using Coach Sgro's unique empathic leadership model. Our executives will meet monthly in-person for two-hours as a group in mastermind fashion and understand the unique demands of our businesses and community. In addition, each member will have a one-hour online session with Coach Sgro to ensure that their needs are met in this program.
