Today, we celebrate an incredible milestone: More than 3,000 professionals trained in emotional intelligence! When COVID-19 began disrupting our workplaces, communities, and everyday lives in April 2020, organizations faced an entirely new set of human challenges. Rather than stepping back, Michael Sgro Leadership Coaching stepped forward. During the pandemic alone, 1,250 professionals participated in emotional intelligence training.
At a time when people were navigating uncertainty, isolation, anxiety, changing expectations, and unprecedented workplace challenges, the need for emotional intelligence was greater than ever.
People needed more than technical skills. They needed empathy. They needed connection. They needed communication strategies. They needed leaders who understood that the human experience mattered and that's exactly where emotional intelligence made a difference.
