Michael Sgro Leadership Coaching Graduates 16 Professionals from Oswego County Federal Credit Union Leadership Development Program
Oswego County, NY — October 7, 2026 — Michael Sgro Leadership Coaching is celebrating the graduation of 16 professionals from Oswego County Federal Credit Union (OCFCU) following a nearly two-year deep dive into leadership development, emotional intelligence, communication, and personal growth.
The comprehensive leadership development experience challenged participants to look beyond traditional management skills and develop the self-awareness, relationships, communication strategies, and leadership habits needed to make a meaningful impact within their organization and community.

Throughout the program, participants explored practical leadership concepts designed to help them better understand themselves and others, strengthen relationships, navigate challenging conversations, and lead with greater emotional intelligence and empathy.
