Matt Godard is the Owner and President of Cafe Kubal and completed his leadership program in November 2019. Matt founded company in December of 2004 and grew to a multimillion dollar retailer/wholesaler remaining 100% ownership. He is currently developing consulting and wholesale division with hopes of helping people reach their dreams.

“I learned how to improve several areas of uncertainty that I’ve had. I am now so much more aware of my blind spots and now have a road map to continuously improve them.”

“I have reengineered my business model as a result of coaching. The new Kubal CoWorks is a direct result of my self examination.”

“Humility. Willingness to lean into their discomfort. Gain a sophisticated and unfamiliar perspective that may be contrary to their conventional thinking. Without this it is impossible to change.”
