Join us for an online panel discussion on finding purpose and success with former colleagues reunited from 20 years ago! Coach Sgro will moderate this extraordinary panel of educators, coaches and thought leaders to inspire attendees at any point of their career.

Moderator: Michael Sgro, CPBC

Michael D. Sgro is a educator, minister, coach and recruiter of superheroes. He coaches professionals to improve their overall effectiveness, leadership skills, career readiness, digital savvy and so much more. Michael's vision for himself is to help people achieve their human potential through relationship building, developing emotional intelligence and understanding "people math".

Panelist: Suzanne Lagemann, M.A.

Suzanne Lagemann, M.A., has worked with middle school, high school and college age students for over 25 years. She has held positions in advising, counseling, admissions, financial aid, student services, management and teaching. Since 2014, she has been an educational consultant. Suzanne holds a B.A. from Bates College and an M.A. in education from New York University. She is an associate member of the Independent Educational Consultant Association, a member of NACAC and a member of the NJACAC and a member of the Learning Disabilities Association of America. She has presented at state-wide conferences as an expert on college admissions for NJACAC. She is also a college admissions expert for the well known website Grown & Flown and has published articles on their site. She is working toward being a Trauma-Informed Professional through the Center for Adolescent Studies.

Panelist: Kim Woulard-Smith, MCPC

Kim Woulard-Smith, MCPC, is the principal of The Conveyance Coach LLC. With over 25 years of expertise in early-career development, coaching, and strategic consulting, Kim helps clients identify their goals and enhance self-awareness across various industries and geographic locations. As a coach, her mission is to empower and inspire clients to lead authentic, fulfilling lives aligned with their values, placing emphasis on self-care. Kim is committed to providing a safe and trusting space for clients seeking coaching, where they can access resources to identify goals and experience well-being and long-term growth. She firmly believes that every individual has the potential to lead a purposeful and fulfilling life.

Panelist: Amy Schmidt

With over 25 years of combined experience in corporate recruiting and career development, Amy is passionate about helping students and recent graduates navigate the challenges and opportunities of a job search. Leveraging extensive knowledge of the recruiting and hiring process, combined with robust career coaching skills, Amy provides proven, time-tested techniques that help her clients land their first jobs. Amy has a strong track record of delivering results, drawing on extensive experience recruiting entry-level hires for start-ups and global firms such as PwC, along with many years as a Senior Career Counselor at NYU’s Stern School of Business. Adept at building rapport, assessing specific job search needs, and delivering personalized solutions, Amy is determined to help her clients succeed.

Amy's mission is to empower college students and graduates with the skills, tools, and confidence they need to succeed in their job search, both now and in the future.
