Emotional Self-Regulation: Three ways to be more effective

Emotional self-regulation refers to the complex process of initiating, inhibiting, and modulating the conscious aspects of emotion to effectively achieve one's goals. Three tips to be more effective would be to conduct breathing, take action based on your values and offer people/yourself grace.
