Executive Presence: What is it?

Michael Sgro, CPBC held a Facebook LIVE event to share four attributes on how to cultivate executive presence.

Coach Sgro says that being measured, showing up (engaged), having gravitas and confidence will help you cultivate an executive presence. This is particularly difficult for those are fast and emotional. We need to slow it down and not "suck all the air out of the room" when communicating with others.

If you are looking to make progress on your own leadership capacity, consider a complimentary coaching session to help you get clarity to achieve your goals.
