Downtown Syracuse | For Local College Students
Michael Sgro, CPBC, PMP is currently interviewing local college students seeking experiential learning hours for their career or degree requirements.
Internship highlights:
Hands-on experience in a professional coaching and development environment
Mentorship from a certified leadership coach
Real-world exposure to client engagement, presentation planning, and business operations
Perfect for students in business, communications, psychology, or related fields
Successful interns will complete their projects and receive $500. stipend.
Intern projects in development:
Presenting in-house EI training to local businesses/orgs
Developing & selling membership programs
Creating our superhero mascot program
Upgrading of OUT Syracuse business directory.
Requirements:
Must be an enrolled college student (local to the Syracuse area)
Willing to manage a project from, start to finish, in their internship.
Availability to work Friday or Saturday mornings in Downtown Syracuse and a one hour Zoom team meeting weekly.
Curiosity, empathy and effective communications skills will be essential for the role.
