This initiative is designed to strengthen the leadership capacity of the Network’s emerging leaders, fostering greater collaboration, emotional intelligence, and strategic thinking across the organization.

This customized program includes targeted coaching sessions, interactive workshops, and practical tools that align with the goals of CNY Health Homes Network’s commitment to delivering coordinated and compassionate care across Central New York.
