Syracuse, NY – Fall 2025 – Michael Sgro Leadership Coaching is proud to announce an exciting new partnership with M.S. Hall + Associates to deliver a comprehensive, year-long leadership development program designed to foster growth and strengthen leadership capabilities across the firm.

This collaborative initiative will combine the proven methodologies of Michael Sgro Leadership Coaching with the industry expertise of M.S. Hall + Associates, offering both individual coaching sessions and group development programs. The customized curriculum is built to strengthen emotional intelligence, executive presence, communication strategies, and team dynamics —all crucial elements of modern leadership.
