About the event

Our third group coaching cohort forms this fall. It will be a group of six to eight business owners or senior leaders who want to become even more effective in team work, communication, leadership and all the competencies needed for success. This is NOT remidial training but for high-performers in pursuit of excellence and mastery level skills.

In this intimate group of rock-stars, we will meet via video conference for 2.5 hours monthly on the second or third Tuesday of the month for an executive coaching session. Each participant will also have an additional 1.5 remote coaching session after the group meeting to talk specifics for their own business, review their behavioral style using an Extended DISC assessment & Emotional Intelligence appraisal, and finally complete a custom 90-performance plan to get to their goals.

We are only offering this program to those with very high motivation and a goal oriented disposition. In this coaching space we will be open, vulnerable and lean into discomfort - - - for learning to take place. Every participant will sign a nondisclosure agreement to ensure confidentially and confidence in the process.

Some of our group coaching program alumni quotes:

“In the coaching process I learned that my style puts an emphasis on the calm continuation of relationships while everyone works toward a goal.  This style can lead to a very pleasant working environment but also may lead to a confusion over deadlines and unproductive time spent overemphasizing relationship building long after those relationships are strong and stable.” - Kevin Kuehner, Owner of Kuehner Law Firm, PLLC

“Ability to identity quickly the needs and desires of others and adjust my style accordingly. Learned the competency that regardless of what I might want or feel, I will need to first be mindful of the other individual...if their needs are met mine will be met.” - Kate Michaels, Syracuse District Director for Northwestern Mutual

“I learned how to improve several areas of uncertainty that I’ve had. I am now so much more aware of my blind spots and now have a road map to continuously improve them.” - Matt Godard, Owner of Cafe Kubal

“Listening, responding, awareness of myself/stature/opinions/feelings/facts in various situations. How to read people better and try to communicate in a way they will relate.” - Theresa Eppolito is the Owner of FHIIT Barre and Bodyworks

“To  be able to determine a person's Extended DISC area (behavioral style) and how best to communicate with them.  How to read a room and respond correctly. To decide what DISC area I want to present with and what is required in the meeting. Understanding my own DISC rating and how it has changed and learning how to deal with coworkers.” - Wil Murtaugh, Executive Director of ACR Health
